Well In my 53 years of living in Arizona never has it been more right to buy Real-Estate. We have all watched as the Real-Estate market in Arizona bubbled and crashed watching uninformed investors try to get on the band wagon to late in late 2005 and take terrible monetary losses.

But as with all things the Real-Estate market runs in cycles. And almost any lay person can tell you we are at rock bottom. This of course means there is huge upside potential.

We are seeing properties with positive cash flow, sometime paying for themselves in a five year period.  Interest rates are at historical lows. But as with all things CASH is king. Ready and able investors who have the cash capital are buying and flipping real estate with a little fix up for great profits. And they are able to sell them quickly as the Inventory for single family housing is shrinking very rapidly here in Arizona.
