New Arcadia Rita’s Celebrates Grand Opening with FREE Italian Ice
New Location Gives Free Ice for a Year to Lucky 100 and Free Regular Ice to All for Grand Opening Celebration
To celebrate the grand opening of the new Rita’s Italian Ice of Arcadia Towne Center, on October 15 all guests who visit the store between 12:00pm and 10:00pm will receive a FREE regular size cup of Italian Ice in the available flavor of their choice. Additionally, the first 100 people through the door that day will receive free ice for one full year.
The event will feature more than just free Italian Ice. Guests can also enjoy a ribbon cutting by the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce - www.ArcadiaChamber.org - and Mayor Phil Gordon of Phoenix who is scheduled to attend; Rita’s mascot, Ice Guy; and music, free face painting and magic for all children.
To show their commitment to the community, Rita’s will also be presenting a donation to Hospice of the Valley.
At the grand opening event, Guests can enjoy a free regular size cup of Rita’s Italian Ice, which comes in more than 50 varieties including Cherry and Lemon, Strawberry, Wild Black Cherry, Banana, Blueberry and Raspberry among others. Rita’s Italian Ice combines ice with real fresh fruit, and is made on-site daily from scratch and served within 36 hours.
Rita’s also offers Cream Ice – Italian Ice flavors that are as smooth and silky as ice cream but without the heaviness. Cream Ice flavors include Cookies N’ Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip, Fudge Brownie, Cheesecake and more.
In addition to its famous Italian Ice, Rita’s also offers Old Fashioned Frozen Custard and layered Gelati as well as signature Misto™ and Blendini™ creations. Rita’s brand promise is Ice, Custard and Happiness™.
